Empowerment
Here is what I was thinking:
What I believe is some of the biggest events in our lives, good or bad, allow us to draw insight, wisdom and experience from what happened to us. You can then look at it as an investment and not a loss. Sometimes we have to change our perspective.
If you find the heavens have not been answering your prayers or God doesn’t seem to be coming to your rescue with ongoing problems, maybe you will have to be your own hero. Perhaps you are not listening or seeing what is right in front of you. Maybe the answer is hidden in plain sight. Perhaps God is asking you to prove something to yourself by not rescuing you.
Empowerment is the best part of peace. Enlightenment is the best part of knowledge. Don’t let your energies navigate towards the dark side of negative thoughts or allow others around you to convince you that you are the worst version of you that even you could imagine…
Stop torturing yourself over where and what went wrong until you are exhausted. Hindsight is always 20/20. You will always wish you had taken a different path. Later you may realize you were wishing and praying for the exact opposite.
I believe when we pray and ask for something, if we are truly listening for the answer, we would hear, “go with peace, have faith – I’ve got this.”
