Don’t Break Your Own Heart
Here is what I was thinking:
If you are a worker and a doer and you realize you have abilities and talent, you would look back at the time you invested and realize success has always been yours.
If you do the right thing, it won’t matter the outcome because you will be able to live peacefully with yourself. When people make you feel unwanted, don’t leave to make them feel sad or guilty, they won’t! Leave because you no longer have a reason to stay. Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself. “What you learn after 50 is how to plug up the holes in the boat. You don’t have to sink with the ship.”
Learn from your past. People don’t get one over on you. You are smart enough to realize what is happening, stop holding onto the hurt. Instead, give yourself room for new things, new plans, new people and new joy – cease overthinking. You will break your own heart and will be the only one losing sleep at night.
People who lie and deceive should remember it is a small world out there with strange coincidences. What you give out, you get back and so goes the story of karma. We are what our thoughts have made us. Be careful what you think. Words are secondary, thoughts live and they travel far…
The key to feeling hopeful again, simply put, is to acknowledge what you have lost and be realistic. Never underestimate the power of believing in yourself!
